What we are

LimousineWorldwide.Network is the reservation desk for a network of licensed chauffeur and limousine operators in more than two hundred countries and territories. A client books once, receives one fixed fare and one confirmation, and is carried by a member operator in the destination city who has been verified against the network’s standards.

Some companies present themselves as owning every car in every country. None do. We would rather tell you how it actually works: one desk owns your booking, one invoice covers it, one escalation path exists at 3am in any time zone, and the standards the carrying operator must meet are written down and checked.

What that means for a client

A road show that runs London on Monday, Frankfurt on Tuesday, Zurich on Wednesday and New York on Thursday is one reservation with one coordinator, not four bookings with four companies. A family arriving in Bangkok, a delegation landing in Riyadh and a cruise passenger disembarking in Barcelona are all met by an operator who was chosen for that city, not the nearest one who answered the phone.

It also means we can say no. If a city genuinely cannot supply the vehicle class you asked for on your dates, you will hear that before you pay rather than at the kerb.

Standards required of every member operator

• A licence to operate chauffeured passenger vehicles in the country and city concerned
• Commercial passenger liability insurance at or above the level the jurisdiction requires
• Background-checked chauffeurs licensed for the vehicle class
• Vehicles inspected and maintained on the schedule their jurisdiction sets
• A dispatch contact that answers around the clock
• Non-disclosure agreements on private-client, talent and executive work
• No subcontracting of network bookings to a third operator without the desk’s knowledge

How to verify us before you book

We are listed on the Limousine Worldwide Directory and the Limousine Association International, and both listings are public. Open them. If you are considering a ground transportation company you have not used before — ours included — checking the register takes a minute and is the most useful thing you can do. Corporate accounts can request chauffeur screening, licensing and certificates of insurance for the operators carrying their travellers.

What we will not claim

We do not publish a photograph of a vehicle we cannot supply. We do not claim to own vehicles we do not own. We do not describe ourselves as a protective-services company — we provide security-trained chauffeurs and work alongside your close-protection provider. And we are not an ambulance service; our medical work is non-emergency transportation.
