Ramp access and the FBO

Whether the vehicle drives onto the ramp depends on the FBO, the airport and the operator’s ramp badge. Where planeside is permitted the chauffeur is escorted to the aircraft; where it is not, the chauffeur meets the passengers inside the FBO lounge and the vehicle waits at the FBO door. The desk confirms which applies before the flight, so nobody is surprised on the day.
