Frequently asked questions
Is the price fixed when I book?
Yes. The fare quoted at booking includes tolls, parking, airport access fees and fuel, and does not change with traffic, weather or demand. There is no surge pricing at any hour. Only changes you make — an added stop, extra wait, a different vehicle class — move it.
How do I book?
Online through the booking widget on any page, by phone on (877) 860-3388, by WhatsApp from the link in the footer, or by email to support@limousineworldwide.network. Online bookings confirm immediately; phone and email bookings are confirmed the same day.
Which currencies and payment methods do you take?
Major credit and debit cards in the currency of the quote; corporate accounts are invoiced monthly. Cash is not accepted for pre-booked work.
Do you track my flight?
Yes. Every airport reservation is linked to your flight number and the pickup time moves with the actual arrival. International arrivals include sixty minutes of complimentary wait from touchdown, domestic thirty.
What is your cancellation policy?
Sedans and SUVs cancel free up to 24 hours before pickup; limousines, Sprinters and coaches up to 72 hours; group and event programmes as stated on the confirmation. The cancellation policy has the full schedule.
Is gratuity included?
The quote states the gratuity policy that applies in that country. Where a service charge is included it says so; where it is not, gratuity is at your discretion.
