Will I get the exact model shown?
You book a class. The make varies by country — an executive sedan is a Mercedes E-Class in Frankfurt, a Cadillac in Chicago and a Lexus in Tokyo — and is confirmed on the reservation. An equivalent or higher class may be substituted if the confirmed one becomes unavailable.
How many bags fit?
The figures above are checked-bag counts with the stated passengers on board, not the manufacturer’s maximum with nobody’s suitcase in the car. Tell the desk the luggage count and it will quote the class that fits.
Are electric vehicles available?
In the cities where charging supports them, on request, with trip-level reporting for corporate accounts.
