Who we are
LimousineWorldwide.Network, reachable at support@limousineworldwide.network, is the controller of personal data collected through this website and its reservation desk.
What we collect and why
- Name, phone, email and passenger details — to confirm and perform the booking and to send service messages
- Pickup, drop-off, flight, ship and itinerary details — to perform the journey
- Payment details — processed by our payment provider; card numbers are not stored by the Network
- Corporate account and travel-agency details — to invoice and report
- Website analytics and cookies — to understand how the site is used; see cookies below
Who we share it with
The member operator and chauffeur performing your journey receive the details needed to perform it. Payment providers receive payment data. We do not sell personal data and we do not share client data with third parties for their marketing.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law in the jurisdiction concerned, then deleted. Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within twelve months.
Cookies and embedded content
The site uses a booking widget and, where enabled, an analytics tag and a chat widget. Each sets its own cookies under its provider’s policy. Embedded content from other websites behaves as if you had visited that website directly.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing, subject to what we must keep for legal, security or accounting purposes. Write to support@limousineworldwide.network.

What every reservation includes
- Fixed fare with tolls, parking and airport or port fees inside it
- Flight, ship or crew tracking with automatic re-timing
- Meet-and-greet with a name board where permitted
- The member operator named on the confirmation
- A person on the phone at any hour, in any time zone
