How an airport pickup works

Give the desk your flight number and terminal. The member operator in that city tracks the flight, positions the chauffeur for the actual arrival and waits inside the terminal with a name board — or at a named curbside point where the airport does not allow meet-and-greet. You receive the chauffeur’s name, mobile number and the vehicle plate before you land.

International arrivals include sixty minutes of complimentary wait from touchdown, domestic arrivals thirty; the operator watches the flight so the clock does not start until the aircraft is on the ground.

Departures

For departures the desk quotes a pickup time built from the airline’s recommended check-in window, the traffic pattern for that hour in that city and a margin the chauffeur will tell you honestly is wide. If you would rather leave later, say so — it is your flight.
