How a road show is run

The manifest is loaded once. Each city’s chauffeur receives the sequence, the host addresses, the building entrances and the contact for each meeting. When a meeting runs long the coordinator re-times the rest of the day and warns the next host, so the executive walks into the car rather than waiting for it.

Multi-city, multi-country

The same coordinator covers the London leg on Monday and the New York leg on Thursday, with the flight legs tracked between them. One invoice at the end, itemised by city and day.

Can the same chauffeur cover the whole day?
