Rates differ by country, city and vehicle class, so this page explains how a fare is built rather than pretending one price fits Paris and Phoenix. Every quote is fixed, written and all-inclusive.

Three ways a fare is priced
- Transfer — a fixed fare from A to B, including tolls, parking and airport or port fees, with the included wait time stated
- Hourly / as-directed — a minimum block (usually three hours for sedans and SUVs, four to five for limousines, Sprinters and coaches) then fifteen-minute increments at the same rate
- Daily / private chauffeur — a day, week or month rate for a named chauffeur and vehicle kept with the engagement
What is always included
- Tolls, parking, airport and port access fees, fuel
- Flight, ship or crew tracking and automatic re-timing
- The stated complimentary wait time
- Meet-and-greet where the airport permits it
- Bottled water and chargers in executive classes
- A written confirmation and a pre-pickup message
What is extra, and told to you before you book
- Additional stops beyond the itinerary
- Wait time beyond the allowance
- Gratuity where the country’s convention does not include it — stated on the quote
- Child seats in a few markets where they are supplied by a third party
- Late-night surcharges in the handful of cities where operators apply them by law

Why is there no price list?
Because a sedan hour in Mumbai, Munich and Miami are three different numbers, and publishing one would mislead. The quote for your city and date is fixed and written.
Do fares rise at peak times?
A confirmed fare never changes. Availability tightens during major events, which is why the events calendar exists.
