How hourly works

A minimum block — usually three hours for sedans and SUVs, longer for limousines and coaches — then billing in fifteen-minute increments at the same rate with no penalty for running over. The chauffeur follows your itinerary as it changes and keeps the desk informed if the day runs long.

What is the minimum booking?

Usually three hours for sedans and SUVs and four to five for limousines, Sprinters and coaches. The country page or the desk confirms the minimum for the city.

Is waiting time charged separately?

No. On an hourly booking the vehicle waiting is what you are paying for; there is no separate wait charge.

Can I extend on the day?

Yes, in fifteen-minute increments at the same hourly rate, subject to the chauffeur’s next commitment, which the desk will tell you honestly.
