Safety & Insurance
The standards below are conditions of membership, checked at onboarding and re-checked on renewal. Corporate risk teams can request the evidence for any operator carrying their travellers.

Chauffeurs
- Background and driving-record checks appropriate to the country, repeated on renewal
- Licensed for the vehicle class they drive
- Trained in passenger care, luggage handling and — on VIP work — protective-detail procedures
- Under NDA on private-client, talent and executive assignments
- Rested: hours-of-service limits observed on long-distance and multi-day work
Vehicles
- Commercially registered and insured for hire-and-reward passenger carriage
- Inspected on the schedule the jurisdiction sets, and presented clean
- Child seats fitted to the age and weight supplied
- Accessible vehicles with tie-downs and occupant restraints, operated by trained chauffeurs
Insurance
Every member operator carries commercial passenger liability cover at or above the level its jurisdiction requires, and the network holds the certificate on file. Certificates are supplied to corporate accounts, event organisers and government offices on request.
Passenger conduct
Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. Alcohol is permitted only where local law allows and every passenger is of age, and never on prom or school bookings. A chauffeur may end a journey where passenger conduct makes it unsafe, and the fare is not refunded.

What every reservation includes
- Fixed fare with tolls, parking and airport or port fees inside it
- Flight, ship or crew tracking with automatic re-timing
- Meet-and-greet with a name board where permitted
- The member operator named on the confirmation
- A person on the phone at any hour, in any time zone
