How affiliate work flows

A member operator sends the desk a reservation outside its city. The desk places it with the member operator in the destination, at an affiliate rate, and confirms back to the sending operator, who confirms to the client under their own name. The client never has to find a company in a city they do not know; the sending operator never loses the relationship.

Terms

• Affiliate rates by city and vehicle class, published to members
• Confirmation in the sending operator’s name where requested
• One monthly settlement between the desk and each member
• The receiving operator meets the same standards as for direct bookings
• Disputes settled by the desk, not between operators
