- 60 minutes of complimentary wait on international arrivals, 30 on domestic, 90 on cruise disembarkation
- A written confirmation naming the member operator, the vehicle class, the fare and the cancellation window
- A message before pickup with the chauffeur’s name, mobile number and vehicle plate
- A screened, licensed chauffeur in a commercially insured vehicle
