World events, festivals and attractions
During Monaco Grand Prix week, Cannes, CES or fashion week, the constraint is not price — it is whether a compliant vehicle exists at all. These are the weeks that sell out, roughly when they fall, and the landmarks that make a chauffeured day worth the flight.

Why book through the network
Six things a rideshare app cannot do in a city you do not know
The fare is fixed before you travel
Tolls, parking, airport fees and fuel are inside the quoted price. Rush hour, rain and a convention in town do not change it.
The operator is chosen, not the nearest
The desk picks the member limousine company or owner-operator for the job in that city, and names them on the confirmation.
Your flight, ship or jet is tracked
The pickup time moves with the actual arrival, and the chauffeur is holding a name board in the hall, the lounge or the terminal.
One desk across borders
A week that runs London, Frankfurt, Zurich and New York is one reservation, one coordinator, one invoice.
Discretion is a written policy
Unmarked vehicles and chauffeurs under NDA on private-client and talent work. No photographs, no posts, no name on any list.
A person answers, in any time zone
Reservations and dispatch are staffed around the clock. When something changes at 3am in a city you have never visited, there is a number that works.
Limousine companies & owner-operators
The network behind the desk
Reservations are carried by member limousine companies and owner-operators in every country on this site — licensed, commercially insured and verified against the standards of the Limousine Association International, and listed on the Limousine Worldwide Directory where any client can open their profile.
Operators receive vetted reservations from the desk — inbound travellers, corporate accounts, cruise passengers, private-aviation clients — and appear on the country, airport, port and event pages their clients actually search. Owner-operators with one immaculate vehicle join on the same terms as a fleet.

Questions we are asked most
Frequently asked questions
What is LimousineWorldwide.Network?
A worldwide reservation desk and a network of vetted limousine companies and owner-operators in 206 countries and territories. One booking, one fixed fare, one confirmation naming the member operator who will carry you.
Is the fare fixed when I book?
Yes. Tolls, parking, airport or port access fees and fuel are inside the quoted fare, which does not change with traffic, weather or demand. There is no surge pricing at any hour.
Do you track my flight, my ship or my jet?
Yes. Airport reservations are linked to the flight number, cruise transfers to the ship’s schedule and private-aviation transfers to the crew’s wheels-down call. The pickup time moves with the actual arrival.
Which vehicles can I book?
Executive and luxury sedans, executive and luxury SUVs, stretch and SUV limousines, executive and party Sprinters, mini coaches, motorcoaches, electric vehicles and wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Can I hire a private chauffeur for a week or a month?
Yes. Private chauffeur engagements assign a named chauffeur and vehicle for a day, a week or a season on a daily or monthly rate, with a relief chauffeur on rest days.
How does a limousine company or owner-operator join?
Through the join page: a licence, commercial insurance and vehicle documentation for the country of operation are verified, the company is listed on the Limousine Worldwide Directory, and the desk starts sending reservations.
Do you track my flight?
Yes. Every airport reservation is linked to your flight number and the pickup time moves with the actual arrival. International arrivals include sixty minutes of complimentary wait from touchdown, domestic thirty.
What is your cancellation policy?
Sedans and SUVs cancel free up to 24 hours before pickup; limousines, Sprinters and coaches up to 72 hours; group and event programmes as stated on the confirmation. The cancellation policy has the full schedule.
Is gratuity included?
The quote states the gratuity policy that applies in that country. Where a service charge is included it says so; where it is not, gratuity is at your discretion.
Where will the chauffeur meet me at the airport?
Inside the arrivals hall with a name board wherever the airport permits it; otherwise at a named curbside point confirmed in writing before you fly. The pre-arrival message carries the chauffeur’s name and mobile number.
