Embarkation day

The desk asks for the cruise line, the ship and the sail date, confirms the terminal the port has assigned, and times the transfer to the line’s boarding window. From the airport the chauffeur meets the flight as on any airport transfer; from a hotel the pickup is set so you arrive within the boarding window rather than at the head of the queue.

Disembarkation day

Disembarkation runs late more often than it runs early — customs, luggage halls and the ship’s own sequence all move. The reservation includes ninety minutes of complimentary wait from the ship’s scheduled arrival, and the chauffeur holds at the terminal’s meeting point with a name board.

Do you know which terminal my ship uses?

The desk confirms it with the port for your sail date and puts it on the confirmation. Terminal assignments change per sailing, so it is re-checked the day before.

What if disembarkation is late?

Ninety minutes of wait are included from the scheduled arrival and the chauffeur holds at the terminal meeting point. Beyond that, wait time is billed at the published rate.

Can you take us from the airport straight to the ship?

Yes, with flight tracking on the arrival and the boarding window on the port side. A stop at a hotel or a store on the way can be added to the fare.
