The arrival wave

Delegates land across a day on dozens of flights. The manifest groups them into vehicles by arrival time, greeters hold boards at each terminal, and a dispatcher on site re-assigns as flights slip. The organiser sees who has landed and who is in a car.

Venue loops and gala nights

Mini coaches and motorcoaches on a published loop between the hotel block and the venue, with a dispatcher at each end; sedans and SUVs for speakers and VIPs; a gala-night transfer timed to the doors opening and the last dance.
