Every booking on this network has a sender and a carrier. The sender is whoever the traveller already trusts — the agency that built the itinerary, or the hotel whose concierge picked up the phone. The carrier is the licensed operator in the arrival city and the chauffeur at the kerb. The partner programmes give each of them a formal place in that chain, with a reference number from the day they register.
Where approved partners book and follow their work
Approved travel agencies and hotels are set up on the Onroutz booking platform (admin.onroutz.com), the reservation system behind the LimousineWorldwide.Network desk. Each receives its own booking link, used by its staff and, where it wishes, its clients or guests, and a partner dashboard listing every reservation placed through that link.
Operators and chauffeurs are onboarded by the desk after a document check, and receive work from the same desk once they are approved.
What happens after you register
- Choose your programme above and complete its form. Your reference number appears on screen and is emailed to you.
- Review. The desk checks agency registrations, holds a set-up call with hotels, and asks operators and chauffeurs for licences and insurance by secure link.
- Approval. Agencies and hotels receive their booking link and dashboard; operators are set up for dispatch; chauffeurs join the pool for their city.
- First booking or first job, with the desk answering around the clock if anything needs a person.
What the forms never ask for
- Payment of any kind — there is no charge to submit an application
- Licences, insurance certificates or identity documents — those are requested later by secure link
- A volume commitment — the estimates on the forms are for planning only

Partner programme questions
Which programme does a destination management company use?
The travel agency programme. DMCs, tour operators and incentive houses register there alongside retail and corporate agencies; the form asks which kind of business you are.
Can one company register for more than one programme?
Yes. A hotel group that also runs its own airport cars could register as a hotel and as an operator. Each application receives its own reference and is reviewed on its own.
Is the operator application the same as a Directory listing?
No. The Limousine Worldwide Directory listing is the public register clients use to check who is driving; the operator application puts your company in line to receive dispatched work. Most member operators hold both.
Where are commission and rates set out?
In writing, at approval. Commission, net rates, settlement timing and billing depend on the programme and the country, so none of them is published on this site.
