Who should apply
Companies that employ or contract their own licensed chauffeurs, run commercially insured vehicles and keep a dispatch line someone answers at three in the morning. Owner-operators with one or two vehicles apply on the same form wherever their city licenses them to carry passengers for hire; the owner-operators page explains how that works.
The standards you are assessed against
- Authority to carry passengers for hire, by licence or permit, in each city where you accept work
- Passenger liability insurance written for commercial hire, current, and evidenced by a certificate the desk can see
- Vehicles no older than four model years in every class — sedan, SUV, van, Sprinter, stretch, armoured and coach — with Rolls-Royce, Maybach and Bentley accepted up to seven
- Vehicles inspected to the local schedule and presented clean inside and out
- Chauffeurs licensed for the vehicle class, background-checked and in dark business dress
- Tracking of every flight, sailing or crew call on arrivals, and a status message once the passenger is on board
- No onward subcontracting of a dispatched job without the desk’s agreement
From application to first job
- Apply below with your base city, the airports, ports and private-aviation terminals you cover, and your fleet.
- Documents by secure link. The desk sends a link for licences, insurance certificates and vehicle registrations. Please do not attach documents to this form or send them by email.
- Rates and zones. Net rates are agreed per vehicle class and zone, and your dispatch contact is set up to receive work.
- Jobs. Each confirmed job reaches your dispatch with the passenger’s name, the flight or sailing, the pickup point and any special handling.
Listing and dispatch are separate steps

Questions about this programme
Will we have to work in another dispatch system?
No installation is needed. Each confirmed job is sent to the dispatch contact you name, with passenger, timing and pickup details, and you run it in whatever system you already use.
How is completed work settled?
Each completed job is paid at the net rate agreed for its vehicle class and zone. The settlement cycle is set out in writing when the company is approved.
We operate in three countries. Do we apply three times?
No. List every city, airport and port you can serve in the coverage field. The desk may ask for licence and insurance evidence for each country.
Is this the same as the affiliate programme?
It is the way in. The limousine affiliate network page explains how member operators pass work to one another through the desk; this application is how a company becomes one of those members.
