How the pool differs from a job advert
The private chauffeur jobs page describes positions with member companies. The driver pool is a register: you record your licences, languages, city and availability once, and when the desk or a member operator in that city needs a chauffeur for an arrivals peak, a conference or a race weekend, the pool is where they look first.
What chauffeurs in the pool need
- A full driving licence held long enough to satisfy the local insurer, and a clean record
- A chauffeur, limousine or vehicle-for-hire licence wherever your city issues one
- Consent to a background check before the first job
- A smartphone for job details and live flight status
- If you bring your own vehicle: commercial passenger insurance, and a car no older than four model years (Rolls-Royce, Maybach and Bentley up to seven)
The kind of work
Mostly meet-and-greets at the larger hub airports, arrivals at business-aviation terminals, cruise turnaround days, corporate road shows, and the event weeks that take every available vehicle in a city — film festivals, fashion weeks, motor races and trade fairs.
After you register
- Your reference number appears on screen and arrives by email.
- The desk reviews the registration and arranges a short interview by phone or video.
- Licence and background-check documents are requested by secure link — never through this form.
- You join the pool for your city and are offered work that matches your availability.
Whether the work is employment, contract or casual depends on the member operator and the country, and it is explained before you accept any job.

Can I register without my own car?
Yes. Most chauffeurs in the pool drive the member operator’s vehicles. Choose “No vehicle” on the form.
My chauffeur licence is still being processed. Should I wait?
Register now and choose “In progress”. The interview can happen while the licence is processed, but no job is offered until it is issued.
Which cities need chauffeurs?
Demand follows travel: the busiest airports and cruise ports, and any city during a major event. Register for the city where you are licensed; the desk does not place chauffeurs where they hold no licence.
Do languages count?
They do. List every language you can hold a conversation in — it is one of the things the desk matches on when a traveller’s booking asks for it.
