Hotel & Resort Partner Programme
For the front office that is asked for a car to the airport at four in the morning, a Sprinter for a wedding party and a discreet sedan for a guest who prefers not to be named.
Reserve online · fixed all-in fare · instant confirmation
Properties that register
City-centre and airport hotels; beach, ski and safari resorts; serviced residences, members’ clubs and conference venues — anywhere a guest asks the desk for a car and expects it to turn up. Independent properties and branded hotels use the same form. A group can register each property separately or nominate one head-office contact.
Your property link and dashboard
Approved properties are set up on the Onroutz booking platform (admin.onroutz.com), the system the LimousineWorldwide.Network desk reserves on. The property receives its own booking link for concierge, front-office and group-sales staff — and for guests too, if you choose to put it in pre-arrival emails — together with a dashboard that lists every reservation placed through it.
- Airport arrivals with the flight tracked and a name board at the meeting point where the terminal allows one
- Departures timed to the check-in rules of that airport and the amount of luggage the guest has
- House cars by the hour, the day or the season, with the same chauffeur wherever the local operator can arrange it
- Group movements for weddings, conferences and incentive stays
- Transfers from the porte-cochère to private-aviation terminals and cruise piers
Billing that suits your finance team
Guests can pay by card when the ride is booked, rides can be charged to the property’s account, or the two can be mixed — a resort might put VIP arrivals on the house and let guests pay for their own day trips. The method is agreed at set-up and written into the account.
When the guest’s next stop is abroad
Guests rarely stay in one city. A guest checking out for another country can be booked on the same property link, and the member operator at the destination receives the reservation from the desk, so the concierge never has to find a car company in a city they have not visited. The hotels, resorts & concierge page describes the service guests receive.

Questions about this programme
Can rides be added to the guest’s bill?
Rides can be billed to the property’s account, which the hotel may recharge to the folio under its own policy, or paid by the guest’s card at booking. Which applies is agreed when the account is opened.
Does registering commit us to a number of bookings?
No. The form asks for an estimate of monthly requests only so the desk can plan coverage around the property.
Can front-office staff see what has been booked?
Yes. Every reservation made through the property link appears on the property dashboard, so the team can answer a guest without ringing the desk.
Can a car be stationed at the hotel?
In many cities the member operator can supply a house car by the day or the season. Tick “House car / hourly” on the form and the desk will confirm what is possible locally.
