What the agency link changes
Once approved, your agency is set up on the Onroutz booking platform (admin.onroutz.com), the reservation system the LimousineWorldwide.Network desk works on. You receive your own agency booking link and a partner dashboard. Every reservation made through that link, whether your consultants enter it or a client you sent the link to does, is recorded against the agency and listed on the dashboard.

Checks before a link is issued
The desk confirms that the agency trades legitimately before approval. That means a registration with the travel regulator where the law requires one — Ontario agencies hold TICO registration, for example — or an IATA, CLIA or ARC number where the agency has one. If no registration scheme exists where you trade, say so on the form and the desk will ask for other evidence of a working business.

Will the traveller know the booking came from my agency?
Bookings are attributed to the agency on the platform, and confirmations can carry the agency name. Whether the traveller sees it is a choice you make when the account is set up.
What rates or commission apply?
They are agreed in writing when the agency is approved, according to the commercial model you choose and the countries you book. None are published here, because fares vary by city, vehicle class and season.
Can the link book Sprinters and coaches for groups?
Yes. It reserves every class the network supplies, from executive sedans to minibuses and motorcoaches. The fleet page lists passenger and luggage capacities.
Can my consultants still book by phone?
Yes. The desk takes agency bookings by phone, email and WhatsApp at any hour. Quote the agency name so the booking is credited to the account.
