How the Network Works

For the client

You book here. The desk selects the member operator in the destination city that fits the vehicle class, the job and the standards required — a limousine company with a fleet, or an owner-operator with one immaculate vehicle and twenty years of the city’s airports. You receive one fixed fare and one confirmation naming that operator. On the day the chauffeur is theirs; the responsibility for the booking stays with the desk.

For the operator

Member limousine companies and owner-operators receive vetted reservations from the desk — inbound travellers, corporate accounts, cruise passengers and private-aviation clients they would never reach alone — and appear on the country, airport, port and event pages their clients actually search. Payment comes from the desk, not from chasing a passenger. See list your company and owner-operators.

Verification

Every member operator is listed on the Limousine Worldwide Directory, and the network’s standards are those of the Limousine Association International. Both are public. A client can open the listing of the operator named on a confirmation and see who is carrying them.

What the desk does that an app cannot

• Chooses the operator for the job rather than the nearest driver who accepted
• Holds one fixed fare across a multi-city, multi-country itinerary
• Tracks the flight, the ship or the crew and re-times the chauffeur
• Answers a person at 3am in any time zone
• Supplies screening and insurance evidence to a risk team
