Ground transportation for London Fashion Week
The member operator in London works this fashion week every year. Airport arrivals are timed to the flight at London Heathrow Airport (LHR), the chauffeur is briefed on the day’s road closures and the accredited drop-off, and hospitality, dinner and after-party transfers run on the same reservation with the same chauffeur.
Availability during London Fashion Week
In a host city during its biggest week the constraint is not price — it is whether a compliant, insured vehicle exists at all. A confirmed fare never changes; availability does. Book when your attendance is confirmed, and book the group vehicles for delegations and hospitality guests at the same time.
